White Chocolate & Cranberry Cookies Using Ghirardelli White Chocolate Powder


Today I'll be posting these superb cranberry and white-colored chocolate wheat grains snacks Using Ghirardelli white chocolate powder  that is virtually keeping it fresh, natural, and taking advantage of highest quality components possible. I think you'll like them !!!

I really used my recipe from in the coconut and chocolate nick snacks I designed a while back. It had been a simple substitution!!!

I've been using fresh and dried red grapes all of this season. I simply love them, and so i figured I'd possess some dried red grapes and white-colored chocolate to create a different form of the coconut snacks. I'm so glad Used to do since the combination labored very well.

Components:
  • 2 cups wheat grains pastry flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup essential olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, softened at 70 degrees

  • 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
  • 1 cup dried red grapes
  • 6 oz. white-colored chocolate baking bar, chopped (I made use of Ghirardelli brand)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 375 levels F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and hang aside. 
  • Beat sugar and coconut butter. Add eggs, vanilla flavoring, and essential olive oil, and mix until creamy. I actually do this having a portable hands mixer. Add flour, sodium bicarbonate, chopped chocolate, red grapes and salt, and mix having a rubber spatula.
